Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process, which will then be shipped via your chosen method, for free delivery promotions please allow up to 10 days for your item(s) – you'll receive automatic notification when your order ships, as well as tracking info if you have selected tracking. If you need your order shipped sooner than the allotted 2 business day processing and or express worldwide shipping time, please contact us.

Pick up is available. Sydney wide personal delivery is available and may incur extra fees.

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached, within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the contact page to ask about your order and to submit a return or exchange request. Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange.
